Fourth class

Fourth class of ICT. This class could be summarized in two words: "Flipped Classroom". A "Flipped Classroom" is a learning model that consists of the students preparing the next class with the materials that the teacher provides them online, so when they arrive in the classroom, they can already put into practice the knowledge acquired with the help of the teacher.

To teach us this methodology, our teachers showed us several things.

Firstly, they put a video explaining the method using the method, that is, through an application called Edpuzzle, they put questions throughout the video that had to be answered. This is a way to make "Flipped Classroom". After making a video with edpuzzle, I think I could use it in my future profession, since it is a fun way to have to be attentive.

Teachers also taught us the differences between a traditional class (teacher-centered) and a "flipped classroom" (student-centered). In addition, they explained some interesting concepts: MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), NOOC (Nottingham Open Online Course) and SPOC (Small Private Online Course) and we thought about the importance of the tutorials.

In conclusion, it was a class focused on a new teaching method, a good alternative that we could use for our future. And knowing alternatives is fine.

Until the next post!
